Siamo a due passi sia dall'aeroporto "Costa Smeralda" (ci potete addirittura raggiungere a piedi!) che dal Porto di Olbia.
Le spiagge più vicine, comodamente raggiungibili nei mesi estivi anche con mezzi pubblici, si trovano a soli 10 minuti di macchina (Porto Istana - Pittulongu). I luoghi più rinomati della Costa Smeralda (Porto Rotondo - Porto Cervo - San Teodoro) sono invece raggiungibili in circa 15 minuti.
La casa è situata in una zona residenziale su una strada senza uscita, ove quindi il traffico non sarà certo un fattore di disturbo. Nella vicinanze vi sono vari negozi (frutta e verdura, macelleria, pizzeria, mini market, giornalaio, lavanderia, tabaccaio, ristorante e centro commerciale "Auchan").
E' quindi un luogo ideale di trasferimento o dove trascorrere un serena e piacevolissima vacanza a pochi minuti dalle favolose e mondane spiagge della Costa Smeralda.

Partendo dall’aeroporto Costa Smeralda proseguire per direzione Olbia.
Sulla prima rotonda girare sulla sinistra e subito dopo (seconda rotonda di fonto al negozio GLOBO) girare sulla destra – Via Mestre, proseguire dritto e girare dopo la terza traversa sulla destra, Via Monza, 2.
Pullman: prendere n. 1 (direzione Aeroporto - Sa Marinedda - Auchan) scendere in Via Mestre (di fronte al negozio GLOBO), proseguire dritto e girare dopo la terza traversa sulla destra, Via Monza, 2

The nearest beaches, comfortably attainable in the summer months also with bus, alone 10 minutes of car (Porto Istana - Pittulongu) are found to. The most famous places of the Costa Smeralda (Porto Rotondo - Porto Cervo - San Teodoro) are attainable instead in about 15 minutes.
The house is situated in a residential zone on a road without exit, therefore the traffic won't be a factor of trouble. In the proximities there are various shops (fruit and vegetable, butchery, pizzeria, mini market, newsvendor, laundromat, tobacconist, restaurant and commercial center "Auchan").
And' therefore it's a ideal transfer place or to spend a serene and pleasant holiday only a few minutes from the fabulous and worldly beaches of the Costa Smeralda.

When you arrive at the airport Costa Smeralda follow sigs to Olbia.
On first arround turn on the left and then on the second arround on the right (opposit side of shop GLOBO) into Via Mestre, continue straight on and turn into the third street on the right, Via Monza, 2.
By bus: bus n. 1 (direction Airport - Sa Marinedda - Auchan) step down in Via Mestre (near shop GLOBO), continue straight on and turn into the third street on the right, Via Monza,2
Wij zijn van een steenworp afstand van het vliegveld "Costa Smeralda" (je kan zelfs lopend komen!) en twee passen van de haven van Olbia.
De dichtsbijzijnde stranden kunnen zomers ook gemakkelijk worden bereikt met de bus, zijn maar op 10 minuten afstand gelegen (Porto Istana - Pittulungu) de meest bekende plaatsen van de Costa Smeralda (Porto Rotondo - Porto Cervo - San Teodoro) liggen op 15 minuten afstand.
Het huis in gelegen in een residentiele wijk in een doodlopende straat, daarom is zeker het vekeer geen motief voor hinder. Om de hoek zijn er verschillende winkels (groente en fruit, slager, pizzeria, mini market, bank, tijdschriften, wasserij, tabakswinkel, restaurant, Auchan (een groot winkelcentrum)
Een ideale overnachtings plek of om een rustige en aangename vakantie door te brengen en op maar een paar minuten afstand van de fabelachtige en wereldwijde bekende stranden van Costa Smeralda.

Aangekomen op het vliegveld Costa Smeralda de borden volgen richting Olbia.
Op de eerste rotonde links af slaan en daarna (tweede rotondo tegenover winkel GLOBO) rechts af slaan - Via Mestre, daarna rechtdoor rijden en na de derde zijweg aan de rechterkant ben je aangekomen, Via Monza,2.
Met bus: n. 1 (richting vliegveld - Sa Marinedda - Auchan) afstappen in Via Mestre (tegenover winkel GLOBO), recht doorlopen en na de derde zijweg aan de rechterkant ben je aangekomen, Via Monza, 2
